Day 3
Today Dusty picked up a squeaky toy and tried to play with it! They both respond with wagging tails when spoken to and Phoenix had decided his fav place is in Ella's bed.

Day 4
Dusty had been trying to roll on his back for a few days and today he succeeded. Both dogs are spending their days sleeping which is the best thing they can do.

Small but definite progress. Baby steps but in the right direction.

Brings tears to my eyes to see how emaciated they are.

Thank goodness there are people like you that are able to take in animals like these and rehabilitate them. I am sure they will find a loving forever home. A kiss each to the dogs and a hug to the rescuers!!

I can't believe the change in these two gorgeous boys! What a fantastic job you've done for them, really does warm the heart. They are very lucky indeed to have been found and rehabilitated by you and your family. Thumbs up! :D

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game. Both boys and girls feel the impact of just a moment?s pleasure, for the rest of their lives.
